Coast-land Developement

Design Concept :

The design was developed through stages to reach the optimum use and best image. Reflecting the plot shape,regulations,efficiency & maximum number of surrounding views , the design reaches the form of three organic buildings above strong organic form podium. The curved organic shapes allow maximum variety of views beside integration with the surrounded nature and the sea waves.

The project consists of two vertical towers with 15 floors, a hotel tower with 35 floors , a commercial mall and parking with 4 floors.
